We followed the signs to something touted as "The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone." Neither of us having ever been to the Grand Canyon, I couldn't tell you how this one compared. But I will say this: it was freakin gigantic. And yellow! There's some truth in advertising here, folks. The joint really is yellow. Perhaps from the sulfur? Because HOT DAMN that place is sulfuric. This picture, of course, doesn't show you the enormity of this canyon, but rest assured it was way, way deep. Also, I like a national park that doesn't reign you in too much. If we wanted to, we could've walked down into the canyon because there was nothing in the way of fencing. Neat!
